I have the worst temper possible. I take after my dad I guess. But I honestly get into these raging moments that I can’t control. I feel the need to purge out all these hurtful things, that of course, I don’t mean. But they felt so right at the moment.

It’s something I need to work on. Controlling my anger better. Or at leasing learning to contain it and releasing it at an appropriate moment. But that never works out.
